Small farm located in Amendoeira de Baixo, Union of Parishes of Santa Clara-A-Nova and Gomes Aires, Municipality of Almodôvar, district of Beja, Baixo Alentejo.

Ruin with a total area of 68.7 m², in a very degraded state, composed by 2 compartments and a patio with a total area of 363 m².
The property has a land of 16.2 hectares, is fenced and consists of holm oaks and cork trees oaks scattered throughout the property, olive trees and a floodplain area (fertile land on both sides of the stream) with a total area of 1.6 hectares.
In terms of water, it has different points, namely a stream that runs through the property from south to north, an underground water line from east to west, a borehole next to a small pond and potential for other surface and underground water catchments.
Moderate to steep slope. Access to the ruin (east side) via a dirt track and to the highest point at 360º, and via a farm track to the west side of the property, the stream and the floodplain, in the lower area.

It is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy nature, 22 km from the town of Almodôvar, the county seat, and 32 km from the A2 highway, which connects the north and south of the country.
