It is fully fenced and comprises holm oaks, olive trees, strawberry trees, and a cork oak forest covering an area of 23 hectares. Cork production is one of the main characteristics of the property, with mature trees yielding approximately 800 arrobas in two harvests.
Regarding water resources, the property includes two dams, one of which is fed by a natural spring, ensuring an independent water source. There is also potential for further surface or underground water extraction.
Within the property, there is an urban building currently in a very degraded state.
