The property consists of moderate to steep slopes, formed by small and medium-sized valleys and hillsides (mountain areas).

There are adult pine forests of various densities, 21 hectares of which are more dense and 19 hectares of less dense pine forests. The property faces the Ribeira de Odelouca to the west and has a wide area of floodplain, in an area of greater agricultural aptitude, which provides natural and privileged conditions for the exploitation of specific agricultural crops, with an area of 5 hectares over 1.2 km. of extension.
In a central area of the land, there is a building complex that’s needs to be requalified, consisting of buildings for housing, storage and animal facilities, with a total construction area of 358 m².

Located 6 km from the village of São Barnabé (CM506) and 37 km from the county seat (the town of Almodôvar, where all goods and services are needed, leisure equipment, small and medium industries and others). Via the CM506 road, which in turn connects to the IC1, the property is 43 km from Albufeira (Algarve), 22 km from access to the A2 (highway), which connects to both the Algarve and Lisbon and Northern Portugal. Faro airport is 70 km away and Lisbon is 240 km away.
